REVIEWS FOR R&N CARPET

I rarely write reviews but I just had to take a moment to acknowledge the absolutely great job Rob did to repair my carpet. He was a life saver. I had an unsightly bleach stain that couldn’t be dyed . So I contacted R&N and Rob was here the very next day to the rescue. I am selling my house and had a home showing; he removed the stained section and patched it like new and I’m more than pleased.

Rob came all the way to Quakertown to stretch our carpet because we were concerned that our elderly parents could possibly trip on the bubbles! He did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable in every facet of carpet. I was too impressed!! I would highly recommend him over anybody I have ever done flooring with. He is the best!!!

Highly satisfied. Rob stretched living room, dining room, and hallway carpet as they had bubbles. My carpet now looks new again. Very nice and professional guy. I would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about Robert & the style of business he runs. We had a the stairs & hallway carpeted, not a huge job, but in my eyes, Robert treated it like it was his most important job.

Two of his men installed it and Robert stopped in at the end to review the job they'd done & collect the payment balance. There had been a small defect in the hallway carpet & the patch job that one of the men did was not up to Robert's standards. Robert did not try to pass it off & hope we didn't notice. Instead, he made the call himself that it would need to be replaced, at no additional charge.

A few weeks later, the replacement was installed. As they were leaving, I noticed that there were a number of sharp staple edges sticking out from under the lip of the top stair. I knew my child would find those, without fail. Though this second trip to my home was not lucrative for him, Robert inspected my find and had his men come back inside to resolve it.

His website says he goes the extra mile & he does. You're unlikely to get this kind of service from a big box store. It's nice to know businesses like this still exist!

Rob is an expert craftsman and businessman. In less than 1 day he returned my phone call and in less than 1 week he completed the install of my beautiful carpet stair runner, which he helped me locate due to his network of suppliers in the business. The overall experience was top-notch and wish he was the first person and business I called. We are thrilled and he and his company will be in my personal contact for us, family and friends. On a personal note, Rob is trustworthy and a man of his word. We are privileged to support local business and value and wealth of experience he and business provides for our community!

Our carpets were in desperate need of being stretched out in 6 rooms. From start to finish Rob was a pleasure to deal with. I sent him pictures, he gave me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment right away. The work he performed was top notch!! Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend. My husband called him the "Carpet Whisperer".

Great job, very professional. Cleaned up afterwards. Helped move and reposition furniture. Came completely prepared. We’re done in a reasonable time.

Rob was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He quickly (and accurately) took measurements and advised us on the best carpet for our basement. He doesn't put on the hard sell, he really wants you to be happy with the product. After receiving a deposit, he quickly ordered the materials and scheduled the job within days. His team was especially courteous, punctual and skilled. My basement (soon to be family room) looks amazing! I couldn't be happier.
